When my 06 Tribute is leaning slightly to left or right and on a slight forward downhill, there is a heavy "scrunch" as I exit the vehicle and a tinny rattle just below the gas filler cap when I close the door. Dealer has replaced the shock bushings, drilled new holes per Mazda and lubed the rear suspension, but the noise remains. Any ideas on what causes this?

Also, after transmission replacement, there is a rattle under the hood when starting the vehicle while it is cold.

 

We found the problem: the left rear brake makes the noise when the parking brake is set.
