Default Front unibody dented near jack point ... is it a problem?

On my tribute i just went to grease my end links on my front wheels. I always jack it up on the unibody section that looks like a frame .. i know that closer to the door there is a section that looks strong but flexes.

I had to get my tires replaced recently and i just went under there and they must have lifted the vehicle on the "bad" spot because both of them are dented inwards both fronts.

I didn't see any cracks ... but is this a problem?

What should i do in a situation like this? Because i know i 100% didn't do it.

They been rough with yours especially in the 1st pic , mine are nowhere like that but they are there to be seen .

Anyway yours are not anything detrimental except for being not to nice looking imo , like i mentioned most of these older vehicles would have them inserted by those experts .

And anyway again , nothing can be done about it now and it the steering/tracking aligns ok one can relax a bit .

Damage like pictured you will want to look at all the fender and door alignment for consistency in spacing. More then likely the damage is only cosmetic for anyone looking under the car. But really you have other concerns that should have your attention. That rust is in all the pictures....I would consider some stop rust or rust converter , prime it up and shoot some undercoating to seal it up before that rust cancer continues to spread.
