Default 2001 Tribute shuddering

Hi all,
I'm experiencing engine shudder at 65-75mph. This has been a bit of a process, so here goes. The Trib won't throw any codes so I'm flying a little blind.
Engine started bogging at idle, popped the hood and noticed the PCV hose went bad at the intake manifold, I put a temp hose on it that was worthless. It is now corrected.
Crankcase vent tube was also bad, replaced.
Engine still bogging when coming to a stop and now the shuddering started. Shuddering occurs when acceleration stops and almost when overdrive sets in.
Changed PCV valve
Changed plugs, checked coils, coils are getting voltage to and through, checked injectors resistance (although one was dirty), changed crankshaft position sensor.
The idle bogging seems to be better but top end problems are still happening.
