Daylight sensor

During daylight, my headlights are blicking constantly.

Where is located the sensor? One of the headlights is foggy. Can it be the cause of the problem?

You have automatic headlights on your Tribute?

If you do the sensor should be somewhere where the front winshield and dash meet.
