calibrate speedometer 05 tribute
After doing all the work on my Tribute, I find the speedometer is off quite a bit. Is there a way to re-calibrate at home or do I need special equipment?
Have you changed the wheels and tyres to change the rolling radius? If not it shouldn't change the speedo calibration. AFAIK the Tribute was only fitted with 1 tyre size so there may not be any calibration but I expect a dealer would need to do it.
One possibility is you have switched it to read in Km vs Miles or vice versa but again it may need a dealer visit to switch back...
