Blower motor and vent issues
Hi all.
I have a 2005 Tribute which is my work horse and also used by my daughter for commuting. I have two sets of questions: First, the blower motor only operating on one speed, I know that issue is the blower motor resistor, I have replaced it once already just last fall, and have the new part to replace again. My first question: Is this a common issue with older Tributes? Or did I possibly get a cheaply made part? My second issue is this: The only vent that has any air coming out fully is the defroster position. Any other positions only produce air from the driver's side. I am thinking either a blockage or the ductwork separated some how. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks for all your help.
