Hi, I got a Tribute 2003 mod.i replaced the battery about 3 to 4 months ago, just drove home one evening and the car didn't start in the morning. today i was on may way to work the car turned of at a traffic light i tried to start the car again but it was making only that ticking noise. somebody gave me a jump starter didn't help at first. than i disconnected the battery waited for 5-6min put the cables back on and the jump-starter and it turned on, drive it perfectly normal for 500 netters and turned of again. i was away from home maybe a k1.5 km and had to repeat the process 3 times . PLEASE HELP Mechanics are just making their list longer of potential problems, but no real answer
