is the battery in the rx8 a no check fluid for life, or is there a method for checking level, if so how often?

If it doesn't have fill caps or bungs, then its a sealed battery & your at the mercy of the factory fill.

Thanks, I will pull the the battery cover off and snap a picture, I think it is sealed.

Careful cleaning the battery in your driveway. Even though corrosion looks white, it turns red and permanently stains concrete.
