Turns out that the right rear strut makes a loud bang sound when passing speed bumps or even rough pavement. My mechanic recommends KYB and replace them both at once. I looked up the prices and ouch ! KYB is expensive. Can I replace one now and one next month? Do you guys recommend KYB or is there a less expensive brand. I only drive around 1,200 miles a year ( getting old) but not dead yet )still enjoy driving somewhat aggressively. All help or criticism and advice gratefully accepted .
