2004 RX8 hard starting issue ???

2004 RX8 hard starting issue ???

I am having issues starting my RX8 sometimes, it takes several tries to get it to start. I am guessing the plugs may be fouled but I will change those out and see what happens.
Any other ideas

What is the mileage on the car/engine? Last time you changed coils/wires/plugs? Are you having the starting problems after starting and just shutting it off?

yes it usually happens after its run and then try to restart it. its an o4 with 130k miles. I have new plugs and I am guessing the electrical is all original is original but I have no way of knowing

Could either be the engine is flooding due to compression getting low. Do you know if the engine has ever been changed, or is this the original that came in the car?

it was the original engine but after changing the plugs it started a lot easier. but I sold the car got 6500 for it so I feel good with that. At least I can sleep at night knowing it will run OK.
