common problom with rx7 that have sat for to long...first drop a tea spon of ATF in both the top spark plug holes....remove EGI fuse from the fuse box on the engine bay near the battery....crack over couple of times, long cranks. then reinstall EGI fuse and your good car should start.:-) sry for my english
