I just bought a 2000 Mazda Protege DX bout a month ago. ive been driven it and it handles great and runs great. the only thing i needed to replace wer the back drums.

It has about 119000 miles on. its the 1.6 16 valve DOHC. 5 speed

i was just wandering what kind of problems i could possibly see in the near futuer with the car.

\MAF sensor came defective in that model sometimes help to cleaned , the EGR valve also gets dirty and gets stock also cleaning or replacing ....hope you dont get any problem but if you do hope this help
