Default Weapon R for 1.6

I'm looking into options for intakes for my 1.6l 2000 protege lx, and the only thing im coming up with is custom one or weapon r short ram. Anyone have any experience or knowledge with the product?

Default RE: Weapon R for 1.6

i have a 1.6 dx and i tried looking for about months....finally ran across a canadian company...cosmo racing...i've had my intake for about 2 months or so....it was the short ram....except i'm not quite sure if it was really meant to go in my car...they made me relocate my coolant resevoir...kinda shady but i suppose it works....but if i had to do it all over again i would have gone with the weapon r...they are a larger company and i would put more trust in them....basically...go with the higher price tag...you'll avoid some headache
