Very weird jerking motion... 03 protoge5 sportswagen

Of course those are possibilities, but the OP states the symptoms began right after a fill-up, and letting to tank run low, so the probability is much higher that its a fuel, dirt or fuel pump issue.

Hey guys, I need help again. Today I went to montreal wiith 4 people and my car was pretty loaded. Half way through the trip, the car starting viberting at low revs, if I reved in adle past 2000 it was fine. I have to give a lot of gas to get of first. The jerking motion I was talking about earlier went away, but now at idle, the exhaust goes puf puf puf. I think the catalictic converter may be clogged or the fuel injector. I don't know what to do, the car runs fine after first gear but af idle it vibarates and it's hard to leave from first.

I could be wrong but that doesn't sound like a clogged cat from my experience.
When the cat in our Saturn went back, the car idled just fine and started off fine, but was very slow to get up to speed, and 55mph was the best it would do. The fuel mileage went way down and the coolant temp way up.
"Puff, puff, puff" sounds like a problem in one cylinder to me. A bad plug or coil or wire, perhaps worse than that, a bad valve or head gasket (coolant leak into the cyl.)
What does the exhaust look like? Any discernible color or "smoke?"

No color nor smell and everything works as usual minus the vibration in idle and rough first gear start, if it may interest you, the jerking motion I talked about previously went away but this happened, if it helps, I was driving 115kmh constant for a good portion because of the long road that was. There wasn't any other symptons of a cat failure, no hot floor and such

No CEL either I take it or you would've mentioned that.
It could be many things but it sounds like a low speed miss to me. Bad plug. Bad coil, or something came undone, like the MAF sensor connector, a spilt in the intake hose or a vacuum line, etc.
It's a starting place, but it certainly doesn't sound like a cat to me.

Turns out that the ignition coil and wire failed, and it turns out the jerking motion was a sign of the coil's life coming to end. After replacing the coil and wire the jerking went away and the car is now running very smooth.
