Question tye rod help

wheel getting a little noisey. There is a little side to side movement in right front wheel.
( grab the wheel after car jacked up at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock position and shake) The left side has no movement as I descibed previously. Two questions, is tye rod end going? and do you replace both sides when replacing tye rod ends?
