turbo issue.

My turbo is hesitating. It feels like it is lagging/ hitting the wall. It drives normally until I try to boost. I just replaced my wastegate actuator. I’m trying to find the issues please help!

car needs to be tuned. Most of not all speed protege's have this problem due to the crappy pig rich tune on our ECU's
