ok I have read this thread and it is the same problem I am having with my 03 mazda MPV .same code (thats how I found this thread) ...Bank one is showing lean . Anyway I have not fixed it and now it seems to have a miss .sounds like the engine is running on less cylinders and a almost putt putt random sound comes out the exhast . I have let it go to long I think ...NOW WHAT . The rpms have dropped down at idle . could I have burt a few plugs or somthing . I cleaned the maf sensor and no change
