Does anybody know the timing marks/settings on the ZM 1.6 engine?

Default RE: Timing on ZM 1.6?

Here are the pics out of the factory manual. The I and E stand for intake and exhaust and should be facing straight up. The horizontal marks for the cam pulleys should line up with the upper head surface and point straight at each other. The first pic shows with the crank pulley boss on and is not nearly as accurate as second pic with the boss removed and using the crank pulley notch lining up with the arrow on the oil pump face. Also make sure that when the cam pulleys are installed onto the cam correctly. There is a pin on the end of the cam that indexes the pulley. The pin for the intake cam needs to be in the pulley notch that lines up with the I on the pulley and pin on exhaust cam is in notch that lines up with E on the pulley. In other words if the cams are lined up as in the pics below the pins on both cams should be in 12 oclock position.
