Get the fuel pressure tested before spending any more money.

At idle it should be approx 30-40psi and full throttle about 80psi. You may have to jack it up and run the engine in gear under load for the full throttle test.

 

Maybe swap out the MAF for good one and see if that fixes it too.

 

yes the fuel pressure good the plugs came out was white now with the new ones they are black now from running rich the spark is good just not white starts of orange at idle will turn blue as rev's up not sure what else but yes hate to keep throwing money into it and not fixing the problem

 

Try a new MAF.

 

distributor did fix it thanks for all help just gotta figure out why tach not working now had been working till now
