Ok hey guys and gals,

So im trying to replace the whole windshield wiper motor. But I have to take out the rear wiper.. I lifted the dust cover and I took off the nut in the wiper.. But the damm thing wont come off.. did I miss something. There is a piece of hard rubber ( almost plastic ) around the wiper arm.. Do I take it off.. and how.. Need to get this done and over with. I also took off all the plasted and took the inside of the wiper motor apart to see if there is anyting I missed
