Default Protege with PO335 code

I have a 1996 Protege LX 1.5L with an automatic transmission that I bought used. The MIL light was on when I bought it. It had a code for the MAF sensor (which I have replaced along with the hose from the MAF sensor to the throttle body) It also has a PO335 code: Crankshaft position sensor A circuit malfunction. I have changed the sensor and checked the wiring all the way to the PCM for open circuits with an OHM meter. I have also checked the clearence between the sensor and the crank pulley. I can't get the code to go away. When I erase it, as soon as I crank the engine and raise the speed above an idle, the MIL light comes back on and the same code is given. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can check next to resolve the PO335 code? Is it possible that the PCM is bad? If so, does anyone know where I can get an after market or used PCM? The only place I have been able to find one is the dealer and the price is outrageous!
Thanks.

What is the last 8 of your Vin? I can then check to see if we have a PCM in stock for your car.
