So, everymorning i go outside to start up my Protege 5 and when it starts up from a cold it revs up to about 2k rpms it sounds like it is cleaning itself out. as in there is some kind of build up of something in the cylinders. Just wondering if anyone else has the same problem... please share your thoughts.

probably not a problem everycar i have ever owned revs higher when you first start it then it calms down, don't worry about it.
