Protege 5 (2002) for sale, needs engine.

Hi guys, my beloved Protege 5 (2002) signed off from his Trooper duty by telling me 300k miles is enough. He wants a new engine. I don't have the time to take care of this, so if anyone wants to fix him up or use for scrap parts, please let me know. I'm in Dallas, Texas.
Inside of car is pristine, AC works, everything is basically working fine, except the engine. It's also a 5-gear stick shift. Clean title.
