Default Problem with getting rear P5 brake pads back over rotor

Can anybody help me figure this out? I have the caliper piston fully retracted, but the brake pad that goes opposite of the one on the piston will not go flush, since the caliper prevents it. Is there something that I can do to pull the caliper further forward in the mounting bracket? Thanks guys.
