Some help please

My wifes protge has trown this code every 6 to 9 months ruff idle stumbles under part throttel
replaced O2 sensor; the MAF; oem plugs and wires. data logging has shown base timing at idle to be 8-10 advanced while under full load 63.5 and better advanced
Im at a loss

BTW the curent O2 sensor reads corectly( real time data loging is great)

Any help would be greatly appreciated
