yes but yet another bad stroke of luck has happened he didn't hit it with his car or his own van he hit my car with a moving van SO there is 3 insurance company's involved (mine,his,moving van) so now i have the joy of fighting to get what my car is worth and every thing else since it is wrote off at market value i need to go to a dealer and get 2 quotes (one for damage one for what they would have sold it for) to make sure i get my rightful money
