So I bought a VagCom OBDII to usb scanner cable. I have scanpro XL for my diagnostic program. The problem I'm having is I have an alienware 14x and it doesn't accept the mini disc needed for downloading the driver. It's not plug and play and ScanPro is telling me there it cant detect the Elm interface. I've played around with it for about an hour and I just cannot seem to figure this out. Help?
