Default New brake rotor scrapes wheel

Hey, I'm a new member with a question about my 94 Protege. The brakes locked up on my front passenger side wheel, so I just replaced the rotor, caliper, and pads on that side (and just the pads on the other side). I bought the generic aftermarket caliper that PepBoys sold for this model. So after getting it all installed and remounting the wheel, I found that the wheel is scraping the caliper! It's just barely hitting, so the wheel can still spin if you try hard enough, but it makes a horrible noise if I actually drive slowly on it.

Is there anything I can do to fix this other than buy a different caliper? Has anyone ever had something like this happen? I don't see any way to adjust the positioning of the caliper...

Thanks!
