Default 2004 mpv brake rotor replacement

i have a 2004 mazda MPV that needs front rotors replaced. i pulled the tire and brake caliper off. the rotor retaining screw is missing off of the rotor itself. Also i can not seem to figure out how the rotor is staying in place. So my question is how do i replace the rotor? Am i missing a retaining screw or something? thanks in advance for the help

Default RE: 2004 mpv brake rotor replacement

Ihaven't taken changed the front brakes of my2004 MPV yet (and I have over 50k), but other cars with front disk brakes don't need a retaining screw. The rotor is kept in place by the wheel itself. I assume it's the same for the MPV.

The rear rotors of the 2004 MPV, however, do require the screws, since it's a dual braking system (disc AND drums).
