Default Muffler hitting bumper?

2000 Mazda Protege -

I'm hearing a really loud noise coming from the back at low-idle rpm. It looks like the muffler or exhaust tip is smacking the rear bumper. I looked for where the muffler mounts and could only find a rubber mount on the right side that seemed fine.

Is it possible that the bumper needs to be tightened? if so, does anyone know how to go about doing that?

Thoughts?

i think there is another rubber mount on the other side of the muffler (the side facing the front of the car, and another on the side facing the rear of the car.) it could have more than one mount. haynes manual shows 3, mazda manual shows 2. also, you might want to check the engine mounts.
