Default Mazda protege overheating problem

Hi everyone. İ have mazda protege 2001 automatic transmission 1.6 engine. My engine hits 120 degress on the ramp ways. İ checked radiator thermostat cooling fans heat sensor water pump changed head gasget everything is new but the heat never decrease. On straight way there is no problem. When the heat hits 120 the engine stops while going on the way and does not work until it gets to the 100 degrees. İ read engine temp from obd2 and defi water temp gauge from radiator hose. Both shows same values, because original temp needle is broken. İ cant find the problem either any mechanics cant find about 1 months. Thanks for your answers

I'm not a mechanic, but I have some suggestions for troubleshooting high engine temperatures. It sounds like you've already addressed several potential causes, but one problem i had was that you need to ensure that there's proper airflow through the radiator. Check for any obstructions in front of the radiator, and make sure the cooling fans are working correctly. Also, check if the radiator fins are clean and not blocked by debris.
