Mazda Protege/323 - STIFF Shifter

Hey !
Does anyone else have VERY stiff shiftstick on their mazda ? What could make that ?

Im not sure, i have to check that ! What difference does it make ? Also, WHOLE movement of stick is very sticky, like anywhere u try to move it its so sticky to move

If it shifts easy/normally when the engine isn't running, then your clutch is toast.

Here is example video, stiffnes does not change when car is running.
