Mazda Protege 2000 Coolant Antifreeze windsheild wiper refill OKAY?

Hello,
I have a Mazda Protege 2000, and the coolant tank is low. I found this blue fluid that says windshield wiper/antifreeze cleaner. That is NOT the same as coolant, right?

Right, it is NOT the same. Do NOT put this in your coolant reservoir. You MAY put this in your windshield washer tank only.
