I recently installed a warm air intake and now the engine hesitates and idles around 500 instead of 700. I was looking around to find a performance MAF but does anyone make a performance MAF for the 03 protege? A friend of mine had suggested tricking the MAF into thinking it is at a constant temperature with resistors, but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with doing something like that or any other suggestions to cut down on the hesitation.
