Default Map and Dome LED's

I have a 1999 Protege and want to change the front two map lights andf overhead dome lights to white LED's. I'm buying them from http://www.superbrightleds.com/leds.htm and am unsure which ones to get. There are atleast 10 different types varying in luminous intensity, viewing angle, and wave length. If ne1 could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Alex

Default RE: Map and Dome LED's

let me shed some light here. sorry, i just had to be punny for a second. anyways, LED's are intense already, so i would say that you don't need anything that is incredibly intense. a medium intensity should be plenty and the lights should last longer at that intensity. as for viewing angle, it depends on what you are going for. where do you want the lights to "sit" so to speak. it looks like something with a flat top would be a little more direct down whereas a rounded top would disperse the light more like the stock. as for wave length, they aren't that much different from one to the next, so, unless you are trying to grow a hydroponic garden in your car, you should just pick and commit on that.
