I think if you've got a new born on the way (sounds like your 2nd kid) you've got more important priorities than springs or exhaust for your car.

The economy is in a tough spot right now and I think you'd be wise to save that money for something really needed, not just wanted.

I'd also keep the Protege instead of trading for the Camaro, much cheaper to run/maintain/insure.

 

Camaro is a joke!!!! Me and a friend looked at it, drivers side door won't open. It is a auto. Horrible shape. Looks like someone handed the keys to a 16 y/r old and said it s a V8 have fun. Horrible.[:'(]
