Default limiting boost spike

whats up guys im new to this forum so i hope u guys can help cuz the other forum i was on tended to ignore posts....i have a mazdaspeed protege with a SMIC, turboback exhaust, Intake, and turbosmart manual boost controller set at about 8 psi when i really hit the gas it spikes to just above 10.5 psi and i was wondering if there was an inexpensive way to stop the spike to get a smoother boost curve

BOV to limit compressor surge, WGA to limit boost, and some Engine management. these could definitely get rid of the boost spike in addition to what you already have.
