Default i want to go fast

as the subject says i want to go fast. i have a 1999 protege es with the 1.8 liter engine and was wondering if you guys could help me make it faster. i dont have a lot of money so the cheaper the better or if theres things that i can do that dont cost any money at all thats even better. thanks guys

lol, that would help yes, but some other ways on the cheaper side are cold air intakes, short rams are ok but if you are going to go through the trouble of changing it you might as well go for the better of the two, and using the fuel with the highest octane, all while going down a very steep hill. oh and im sure you might know this but just incase you don't, NEVER run your a/c when you want speed.
