Help 97 protege wont start in cold weather

Default Help 97 protege wont start in cold weather

Hello all i hope someone can help me, i recently got a 97 protege, the guy who sold it to me had the problem but never corrected it, so i figure ill try. when is cold it wont start, the cylinders will get floaded with gas, i will have to take the plugs off blow and dry the cylinders and plugs and it will start right up. i replace the battery and coolant temp sensor, at all this i have no codes or nothing, when the tempeture rice above freezing, it will start on the first try. anybody have any sugestions? i also replace the plugs already. thanks in advance.

check your fuel press. i've replaced hundreds of regulators
