Default grinding sound

i have a 2000 dx protege5 speed manualw/ 65k on it. I had a new clutch assebly put in and a fly wheel resurface about 7k ago. Since then when i accelerate quickly, i hear a ginding noise. I took it back to the shop that did the repair and they say its just a new clutch thing...i dont believe them. Has anyone had anything similar to this?

Try this, put your hand on the stick and make the car do it. See if you feel any vibration in the tranny.

Try looking for loose exhaust parts and heat shields. If you have a loose heat shield, you can repair it with stainless hose clamps.
