Default Gears slipping

Recently replaced both of the cv axles on my 2000 Mazda Protege, about 5 days ago. Now I’m experiencing gear slippage at low speeds. My Mazda is a 5 speed manual transmission. I already checked the transmission fluid and it’s full. Any ideas or suggestions on what could be wrong....thanks
