Fuel Tank Problem
As posted in my profile, i have a 1999 Protege. I have a real serious problem (or so i believe); after filling up my fuel tank, i can run a couple hundred miles, then out of no where the light will come on. Now i know that from completely empty to full is about $40, but lately the light has been coming on and it only takes $15 or less, which would lead me to believe either i have a bad sensor, or a bad "floater" as my father-in-law.
If anyone has any advice or a way to figure this out before it gets very costly, that would be very helpful
