Everyone: Hey welcome to the forums

Okay, now that that is done and over with.. 1994 Protege- why does the fuel filter insist on hiding from me? I purchased a new fuel filter yesterday, only to find out that it pretty much doesn't exists. Maybe its from my lack of experience or lack of age. Any tips on finding that item?

Check under your rear seat. Not sure, but I've seen them there before.

 

I would check on the firewall near the brake booster area. My current Mazda along with two previous are located there. Just follow the fuel lines from the fuel rail.
