Default Flush Fog Lights?

Can anyone tell me how to make my fog lights flushed with my bumper?

looks live to me.

that depends on what your idea of flush is. you could remold the front clip to bring the headlights up more and make them flush with the front of the car, or you could have custom bezels made to match them to the body.

yeah the grill is real i cut it out of sheet metal, held on with zip ties. but yeah i want to have the fog lights flushed with my bumper. like have them stick out more i was thinking about adding washers to the bolt that holds it because its really long
