Engine HELP! 03 mazda protege <3
hey i need some help.. i am replacing my engine in my 2003 mazda protege. i blew my engine and have already bought a new one that came in today! 
my main question that i do have right now is when i take the old engine out am i going to have a problem with the tranny dropping? or will it stay in its place with no problems??

The easiest way is to take out the tranny with the engine as a unit and swap them on the floor. However, to answer your question, yes, the tranny will drop w/o any support.
How did you blow the engine?

this is actually the second time i have blown my engine 
lol. but i bent a valve with the piston and the timing belt has a hole in it and the tread is showing also.. so im not suree if it slipped or not.. but my dad says thats its my driving that could have done it.
