Default DRL install

Just bought a 2003 Protege ES in the States but am shipping it here to Canada. To comply with safety requirements I need to install DRL (Daytime Running Lights.)

Does anyone know if I can simply hook up a DRL module from a dealer or do I have to go aftermarket?

Thanks.

Default RE: DRL install

You will need to go with aftermarket to get DRL working on the Protege. Different wire harness used for DRL and non DRL equipped.

you can get from dealer, but really expensive, better go to aftermarket or buy one from online store and go to repairing store ask their staff to help you install...Daytime running light light for Mazda 3
