So,... when you lock/unlock the doors from the inside the passenger side (both doors?)has no response? And it only happens some of the time?

I had a problem with my remote keyless (no lock/unlock whatsoever), but it turned out to be just a fuse. Your problem sounds like more than just a fuse.

no and i am sorry i should have explained it better, what happens even if you hit the remote to unlock or even use the button in the car the passenger side only makes a Buzzing noise and they don't unlock. this has happen before and they replaced both motors and within a year they did the same thing

Well I was thinking maybe the actuators, but you said it makes a buzzing noise. How long do you hear the noise for?

I'm not too familiar with door locks, but it sounds like the actuator is working; it may be that the connecting rod between the actuator and door latch/**** is disconnected. Are you comfortable taking the door apart?

Oh and I meant to ask if it is only one passenger door or both.

the noise last a full 1 sec. and it is only the passenger side that goes out. the driver side works fine

I believe I have this same issue. My rear passenger side only. Is taking the door panel apart difficult? Does anyone have a diagram of how to tear this down?

taking the door off is easy, there are i belive 2 or 3 philipe head screws on the bottom of the door panel, there is one in the door handle to open it from the inside, you will see the little circle cover, and there are two bolts in the handle you use to close the door from the inside you take a flat head screw driver and pop the handle cover off and there are 2 i think 3/4 inch or 1/2 bolts i think im wrong on the size and once you have those 6 bolts and screws out, you then on your window across from the miror on the inside of the door there is a black plastic cover like right in the corner of your window bottom right just pop that off and the entire door panel will lift straight off the door.
