Clunking noise from rear of 95 protege

Hi everyone ....
I have Mazda Protege 1999 , I was driving this day and I heard a strange noise from the back . When I drive slow or on the bump or even sometimes in not smooth road I heard a clunking or imagine a chain hit the surface or somewhere , the noise seems to be a chain hang and hit to the place ... is it related to the shocks or struts or brake pads ? Sway bar ?
