Default busted out widow

hey guys, iwent out to find some$@#& smashed in my window!!!! I'm having trouble removing the door panel...

The car '00 protege pass rear r/side door (no power window) i have most of it off, but am having trouble removing the door handle.

any help i would appreciate,

IIRC, there are two screws in the handle that hold it to the door frame. there are also a couple of clips behind it if memory serves. just make sure that all of the screws are backed out and take your time to find whatever is left.

wes,i cant find any screws, there is a slot(opening) on the bottom of the armrest... it looks like it comes off in two pieces.. It looks like some kinda pin/ screw is holding armrest to panel/ inner door.. any ideas??

my door is the same, so let me check mine out and i will let you know. i used to take the door panels off of my red car all of the time and i used to be pretty good at it.

that slot u mentioned is actually intended for a flay head screw driver wich u will push a clip iside alowing u to remove the armrest... heres a link that shows u exactly how to do it with pics too....
