I have a 95 protege the problems I'm having is no matter which gear I mean I can only get the engine up to about 4000 RPMs and then it bogs out it's worth going up hills I have replaced the fuel filter the TPS and the mass flow air sensor and I'm still having the problems now I'm not sure if the TPS is in the right position have a look on here and I can't find how to adjust it so if anybody can maybe tell me how to adjust that or what else my problem might be

I had a similar issue with my 2000 Protege SE with a 1.6L engine and it turned out to simply be a crack in the air intake tube where the flexible accordian-type moulding was. The crack was at the bottom and could not be seen until I put a mirror underneath. Rather than going to the wreckers for a used part (likely well aged and cracked as well) I bought a new one for around $70 CDN at my local Mazda dealer. It maybe took 30 minutes to replace and worked like a charm! I did a temporary fix by wrapping the intake tube with plenty of electrical tape and that worked well for a time.
